Fees

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of the Law on Confidence in the Digital Economy, as well as the Order of 10 January 2017 relating to consumer information provided by professionals involved in a real estate transaction, we hereby present our agency fees for all transactions carried out.

Rates effective as of 1 January 2025.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Transaction – Sales Fees

Our Fees (including VAT):

Up to €50,000 — 9.00%
€50,001 – €100,000 — 8.00%
€100,001 – €150,000 — 7.00%
Above €150,000 — 6.00%

Up to €50,000	9.00%
€50,001 – €100,000	8.00%
€100,001 – €150,000	7.00%
Above €150,000	6.00%

Minimum fee: €6,000 excluding VAT.
Exclusive mandate: -0.50%.

Property Management

Our Fees (including VAT):

Standard management (rent ≤ €2,000/month)	7.20%
Premium management (rent > €2,000/month)	8.40%

Basis: rent excluding service charges.

Letting

Viewings + application file + lease agreement (landlord)	€10/m²
Move-in inventory (landlord)	€3/m²
